About our gardening
In January-March 2012, we built our first growing facility, a 4000 m² Filclair block greenhouse. Our vegetable production started with the planting of cantaloupes in March 2012, followed by white peppers. In 2014 we started growing hot peppers, which we continue to grow today. The 2018-2019 production year was a milestone in the continuous development of our company. Our premises have been expanded with an additional 20,000 m² of growing area and a 400 m² manipulation building. We now have a 25,000 m² greenhouse and 30 hectares of arable land suitable for intensive vegetable production. We grow sweet peppers, sweet peppers, sweet corn and lettuce.

How the peppers are made
Planting
The high quality propagating material (seedlings) is planted.
Education
The crop is grown in a raised bed covered with plastic sheeting, and nutrients are added by drip tape.
Harvesting and maturing
Harvesting is done exclusively by hand, followed by 14 days of post-ripening to achieve perfect colour and flavour.
Milling, processing
Remove the green parts of the vegetable from the ripe pieces by hand. The peppers are then ground in a family pepper mill.
Packaging and delivery
The high quality spicy paprika is ready! Packed in a 3-layer bag to preserve the quality of the peppers for as long as possible. We deliver orders to new and old partners within 2-3 working days.
